For three decades, I have worked across the semiconductor ecosystem as a technical leader. More recently, I have also worked as a sustainability practitioner. In both roles, I have collaborated closely with operations, suppliers, customers, and a global network of professionals.

Today, my work reflects the same belief that shaped my professional journey, and I express this belief in three ways:

WHAT I DO

As a Leadership Transformation and Enterprise Transition Coach, I work with individuals or groups carrying consequential mandates - enterprise redesign, sustainability strategy, industry coalitions, or personal reinvention.

While my leadership journey was forged in the semiconductor and technology ecosystem, my coaching is industry-agnostic. The principles of systemic change (navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, building resilient strategy, and sustaining accountability) transcend sectors. Having worked across continents, markets and regulatory environments, and having led transformation at scale, I understand what meaningful change demands; whether in manufacturing, energy, mobility, public policy, or emerging industries.
